We pay by bank transfer before the vehicle is loaded, and it's usually in your account the same day. Same money, properly traceable, and you're protected if anything is ever queried about the vehicle later.

It depends on the make, model, age, condition and what scrap metal is fetching that week — which moves. We won't quote a headline figure on a vehicle we haven't seen, because that's how people end up disappointed on the doorstep. Send us the details and a photo or two and we'll give you a real number.

No. Collection is free anywhere inside our area, and it isn't deducted from your offer. The figure we agree is the figure that lands in your account.

We notify them, and you'll get paperwork confirming it. It's worth keeping — until the DVLA records the change, the vehicle is still registered to you along with any responsibility that comes with it.
